It is said that espresso coffee was invented in Italy by Luigi Bezzera in the early 1900s. He was a manufacturing businessman who was not happy about his employees taking long coffee breaks. He wanted to shorten the process so he set out to build a machine that reduced brewing time. With his invention, not only did he get better productivity from his employees; he also produced a better quality coffee drink. A faster brewing time allows for the best qualities of the beans to be extracted, avoiding some of the unfavorable qualities associated with over-extraction.

The best espresso coffee comes from organically grown coffee beans. Like other organic crops they are grown without harsh chemical fertilizers or toxic pesticides. They are also processed without the use of harsh chemicals. This results in the rich, smooth flavor of organic espresso. Not only are you helping your body’s wellbeing; you are also enjoying a good cup of coffee.
