How many of your have ever climbed a mountain? I am afraid of heights so I won’t even think of ever going climbing. However, we all know that some of the best crops in the world are found in mountains. One of the most premium coffee beans is grown in high altitudes. In some places you can get certified organic coffee.
The fair trade movement is slowly gaining popularity. It aims to eradicate the middlemen or the traders to bring the farmers or manufacturers directly to if not closer to the consumer. This movement can be a great opportunity for marketing certified organic coffee. Organic coffee unlike instant commercial coffee does not pass through the various stages and processes. Organic coffee is rawer than instant coffee. You can really taste the difference.
