Coffee is one of the most popular and traded beans in the world. It is grown in over fifty countries but flourishes in the areas bounded by the Tropic of Cancer and the Tropic of Capricorn. Latin America, Africa, and Indonesia are the best regions to source coffee.
The recent trend of growing organic coffee has furthered the cultivation of coffee to suit both drinkers’ and farmers’ tastes. Indonesia’s Sumatra organic coffee, for example, is grown without pesticides nor herbicides, and definitely maintains its trademark full body and richness.
