A lot of people are not aware of the nutrition facts for coffee. All they know is that it contains caffeine and is a stimulant. But other than that, they are clueless to other health benefits that coffee offers.

Coffee contains more antioxidants than tea, chocolates or wine. So, drinking your daily cup can help prevent certain cancers and heart disease. It is also said that coffee has high levels of soluble dietary fiber that helps lower the bad cholesterol. But this doesn’t give you the license to chug down cup after cup of coffee or have those sweet blended drinks. Just the right amount of coffee will give those health benefits.
