Many researches all over the world have found out that there are many benefits to be had from drinking coffee. Among these:
~Prevention of heart disease – In one Scottish study, it has been found out that the more espresso coffee the subjects drank, the less risk there was of them dying from a heart ailment.~Reduced diabetes risk – A research from Harvard analyzed data on more than 100,000 people over 18 years. Those who drank between five and six cups of coffee a day cut their risk of getting Type 2 Diabetes by 54% in men and 30% in women.~Minimized risk of Parkinson’s disease – In a recent study, it was discovered that men who drank four to five cups of coffee each day cut the risk of Parkinson’s by nearly half compared to those who drink little or no coffee per day.
