Lately, Chinese culture has been on the spotlight. It might be because 1 in 10 children born are Chinese and/or because lately they have emerged as a powerhouse of a nation. Chinese food and martial arts have long entered our society. We eat cumpao chicken and fried rice followed by a fortune cookie. We also drink jasmine tea.
Jasmine tea is probably the most popular among Chinese teas. Drinking tea has lots of health benefits. It is said to reduce high blood pressure and cholesterol. It also has anti aging agents which can strengthen one’s immunity. Drinking jasmine tea has also been proven to help reduce stress and achieve better sleeping habits.
