Prevention is always better than cure. This is the reason why a lot of people prefer drinking tea. This has been known to prevent different illnesses. There are seven basic kinds of tea namely: white, oolong, black, Pur-erh, flavored, herbal, fruit and green tea. Green tea originated in China and was known to undergo very minimal oxidation process.

There are lots of benefits that one can get from drinking green tea:~Best in losing weight as it burns extra calories~Reduces the risks of cancer, heart attack, stroke and development of rheumatoid arthritis~Good antiviral or antibacterial agent~Protection against Parkinson’s disease~Prevents dental cavities and gum disease~Build stronger bones~Lowers bad cholesterol levels~Increases good cholesterol levels~Enhances immunity
