Friends are coming and you’re starting to crack your brain for what food to serve. You will never go wrong with an appetizer of tortilla chips and some fresh salsa. Start by chopping a few pieces of fresh tomatoes and onions, then squeeze a dash of lime, and add your favorite herbs. JalapeƱo peppers are added according to your taste. Omit the peppers for a milder salsa. Put some chopped jalapenos on the side for the really daring guests.
Fresh salsa will go well with grilled meats, seafood or vegetables. So easy to prepare. Marinate your favorite chicken, chops or ribs in BBQ sauce. Prepare some veggies for a scrumptious salad. Set up a pretty table with flowers. You will surely be a relaxed and gracious host when your friends arrive.
