Watch What You Eat

After having been warned by my doctor that I am on the borderline of being overweight, I needed to make some lifestyle changes if I would not want to suffer from any complications. This can be pretty tough though, especially since I am always in the office and I work all the time. This is why I would usually not have the time to eat but when I do I tend to eat a lot.

I needed to make sure that I don’t miss out on meals if I were to be able to control my intake. I now make my own sandwiches so I can make sure I can watch the calories that go in my food, instead of ordering all the time from fast food joints. I have a number of loaf pans at home which I use to make my own breads. This way, I can work with a variety of ingredients and incorporate more healthy stuff in my diet.
