Beef is a very flavorful meat the goes great with many sauces. Here’s a great beef recipe with an Asian touch:
Beef and Broccoli Chinese style Cut your beef tenderloin in bite-size pieces. Trim broccoli and cut off florets. Combine ΒΌ cup water, cornstarch, oyster sauce, and ginger.Heat oil in a wok and lightly brown your meat. Add mushrooms and continue cooking. Remove browned meat and mushrooms, then stir-fry vegetables. Add the meat and sauce and let it simmer until meat is tender. Cook until sauce reduces. Serve while warm.
