Serve a special dish when your husband’s boss comes to dinner. Try this easy balsamic marinated sirloin and asparagus recipe:

In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped basil. 1 ½ tsp Dijon-style mustard, 1 clove crushed garlic, and ½ tsp sugar to make marinade. Place 1 ¼ lb boneless beef top sirloin steak cut 1-inch thick and the marinade in a sealable plastic bag. Close bag, turn to coat steak and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to 2 hours, turning occasionally.
