My brother is a foodie. Whenever he calls to tell me that he’s visiting, I always worry about what to cook. I spend half the day stressing about the recipe I chose to prepare. Did I get the right kind of ingredients? Did I allow enough time to prepare the dish before he gets here?
Last week, he called and said he’s visiting. I decided to serve a top sirloin steak dish. I spent just a few hours on the prep and it came out perfectly. As soon as my brother came in the door, he told me the food smelled wonderful. When we started eating, he told me he loved the dish and even asked me for the recipe. Success!
