We are familiar with apple, mango or orange juice. We have always been preparing these single juice recipes and are quite content with the results. To get the most health benefits, multi juice recipes are becoming popular. Combining a number of different ingredients not only gives a wider nutritional base to your juicer recipe. It also introduces you to a whole new world of taste sensations.
Here is a simple but delicious juice recipe:Lemon~Lime Ginger Alehandful of grapes1 apple, cored and sliced½ inch fresh ginger (less if you find the taste too strong) 1/2 lime1/4 lemonsparkling mineral waterRemove the grapes from the stem. Juice the apple and ginger together, then juice the rest of the fruit. Pour the juice in a large glass and fill to the top with sparkling water and serve with ice.
