diabetes recipes

I loved to cook. Ever so often I would try a new recipe and get my family and friends to taste it. I just loved good feedback. What I’m working on now is healthy cooking. Since the holidays, I’ve packed on 20 lbs. I also want my family to eat healthy from now on. I’ve searched the internet for good and healthy recipes. I’m also in the lookout for diabetes recipes.

My brother was just diagnosed with diabetes. From now on he needs to have daily injections of insulin. According to him, he needs to drastically cut down on sugars and carbohydrates. He’s asking me to find him tasty diabetes recipes. That’s my quest for now. Luckily for me, there are numerous recipes on the web. All I have to do now is tailor fit it for my brother.
