Italian meatball recipes

When we were a younger family, food was a big part of our lifestyle. Not that our table was overflowing with food, but in the way that the children had a say on what they wanted to have on the table. This did not come about everyday, but on occasions when we celebrate someone’s birthday or when cousins come around for some bonding time. There were always suggestions on what we should have for lunch or snacks.

Meatballs were oftentimes one of the things that they will want. They had a special liking for this meatball recipe that was a little sweet with extenders that made them soft when bitten into. They never knew that in there lurked their despised carrots, green peas and potatoes, minced very finely to hide within the mixture. They were not fans of Italian meatball recipes because their young taste buds could not understand the weird spices that flavored them. Little did I know that they will grow up to be great fanatics of the Italian taste.
