What make lasagna different from other pasta are the noodles, lasagna, which is laid over a pan and layered with sauce.

There are different kinds of lasagna recipe but all have 3 common layers:~Pasta sheet – lasagna noodles~Filling – Bolognese sauce~Cheese sauce – usually ricotta cheese, nutmeg and chopped Italian parsley
