Freshly Baked

I love baking so much. If I could have another profession I would choose to be a baker. The smell of freshly-baked foods is incomparable and it can really alleviate your senses. For me, the best feeling in the world is being able to eat the freshly-baked goodies that I worked hard for.
Recently, I even discovered a new kind of flour that I can use for making my favorite pastries. The end product is really incomparable to the ones I did before. This is the organic pastry flour that I have bought in the newly-opened organic store near my house. The taste is really distinct and I am also assured that it is very healthy.
