With all the latest medications that come out every day, it seems that pathogenic organisms are always one step ahead of the latest medicines. While scientists are busy scrambling around to find the perfect cure to these stubborn illnesses, others are going back to nature to find ways to prevent them. Organic food is a special type of food, particularly fruits and vegetables, which naturalists are now turning to.
These foods are grown without any chemical or toxic material interventions that are harmful to health. Studies have proven that some of these chemicals are known to contribute to certain illnesses like cancer. Thus, organic foods have now become more popular especially with health conscious people.
