Make soups, salads, chili, and creole dishes healthier. Use organic beans, peas and lentils as your main ingredients. Beans are excellent sources of nutrition. These are great protein supplements especially for vegetarians. They are very high in fiber and contain valuable vitamins and minerals.

Some of the beans you may want to try incorporating in your dishes:

~Soy beans, great northern beans and pinto beans
~Red beans, kidney beans and lima beans
~Black-eyed peas, split green peas, and green whole peas
~Red and green lentils
