walnuts

Have had your meal and yet want to munch some more? For a guilt-free eating, have some walnuts as they are healthy, nutritious and energy snacks, not to mention, nuts in general are rich in fiber and protein too! Moreover, these help lower bad or unwanted cholesterol and reduces risk of heart disease. Don’t just add walnuts to your diet, eat them as replacement to those fatty and sinful foods you’ve always been craving for.

Oh-so-good for your health, you may lessen, skip, or totally remove these goodies from your eating habit–but never miss a day without eating walnuts:

~ cookies
~ meats in salads or pastas
~ pepperoni as toppings for pizzas
~ bacons and eggs in oatmeal and breakfast cereals
