organic meat rubs

I love to cook. In my household, it is I who cook and I do so proudly. Like most American males, I take pride in my barbeque. Nobody touches my grill except me. I make a pretty mean steak and roast beef. The secret to my steak–I use organic meat rubs.
In my younger days, I would use a secret Asian sauce and pepper and marinate it for at least an hour. I would then coat it with olive oil before grilling. When it’s a little heated I would add butter. I usually get the fattest meat available because it is so flavorful. Nowadays, I try to be healthier when I cook. I trim excess fat and use organic meat rubs and pepper. I also had to cut down on butter. It is not as flavorful but is still very good.
