Everybody is so conscious of what they eat. With the proliferation of cooking shows on television, more and more people are starting to cook. To marry the two (good food and healthy eating), the people of today are using the freshest ingredients. People are also going into free range meats and using an organic rub.

Free range means that the animal involved got to eat their natural diet. They were not fed artificial growth promotants and are allowed to graze freely. As a result free range meats taste better. An organic rub uses the freshest ingredients, have no artificial additives, it does not contain genetically engineered ingredients and no MSG. What you get is a rub that will bring out the natural flavor of the meat your cooking.
