Love having outdoor BBQ? Here’s a simple way to prepare for an outdoor BBQ gathering with your family or friends. In every occasion, early preparation is the key.

  • Wash the meat thoroughly with water and pat dry
  • Place meat in a leak-proof marinating container
  • Rub the meat with your desired BBQ dry rub outside and in the cavity (for chicken)
  • Refrigerate overnight. This will ensure that the marinade sticks on the meat, while making it more tender for shorter grill time.
