An Apple Pie Recipe Baked in Cast Iron Pie Pan

I came across this recipe that seemed like an apple pie recipe the way our fore grandmothers might have baked them – in cast iron ovens. I just wonder if they could regulate ovens then to the exact 350 degrees. The recipe is simple and it uses a cast iron pie pan.
